Frequently asked questions
Does my client need an account?
No. Each portal has a unique URL. Your client clicks the link and has immediate access — no account, no password.
How many portals can I create?
Unlimited. You can create a portal for each client, for as many clients as you want.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
After 14 days your subscription automatically converts to €19/month. You will receive a reminder in advance and can always cancel before the trial ends.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe portal in your account settings. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
How does file sharing work?
Upload files from your dashboard. They are securely stored in Supabase Storage. Your client can download them directly from the portal without logging in.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Files are stored via Supabase with encryption at rest. Portals are only accessible via the unique URL. We never sell your data to third parties.
Can I have multiple freelancers under one account?
Harvalley is designed for solo freelancers. Each account is for one freelancer with one workspace. Team accounts are on the roadmap.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and SEPA payment methods via Stripe.
